Oreo Pudding Recipe | Popsicle

Friday 6 June 2014 @ 23:00 | 3 Comment [s]

I have published an entry regarding my weekend activity which was making oreo pudding and I received a comment asking for the recipe.

  • A packet of Jelly Powder 10g (Agar-agar)
  • 750ml of water
  • 160g of sugar
  • 1 tin of evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cup of Milo powder
  • 1 packet of Oreo cookies, break the biscuits into 4

  1. Cook jelly powder and water on a stove. Mix well. Add sugar and cook until dissolved. Add milk and stir until boiled.
  2. Pour 2 cups of the mixture into another pot. Add Milo powder into the mixture.
  3. Pour 1 cup of the mixture that has been mixed with Milo into your tray or container. Boil the balance of the mixture to avoid the mixture from becoming solid. When the first layer of the pudding in your container starts to hardened, pour all white mixture that is not mixed with Milo on top of the first layer and arrange Oreo cookies in the white mixture. When the second mixture starts to hardened, pour the balance of Milo mixture in top of it.
  4. Let the pudding hardened fully under room temperature before placing it in the fridge.

This time my house mates and I have made some ice pop / popsicle / Malaysian ice cream together. We have made two flavours which are Milo and grape. It is not easy to find ice pop in Miri so we plan to make it ourselves.
