Dokumen Perjalanan Terhad

Previously, an officer from Curtin has asked me to prepare a temporary passport before flying to Miri which costs RM 5. Just now, on 8.01 am I called Pejabat Imigresen Batu Pahat (07-4351173) to confirm what to brng and what to do before applying the passport. They (two officers talk to me) tol me that the passport that Curtin University officer asked me to do is Dokumen Perjalanan Terhad.Here are some info that I get from the website 1. The document is for Malaysian from Peninsular Malaysia who wants to stay in Sabah or Sarawak for more than 3 month. 2. It is only for 5 years or else you have to renew it or apply for 10 years ( I am not sure which one) 3. need to bring - a form (can be downloaded or just get it from the counter) - 2 passport photo - the document if you want to renew it - MyKad/Kad Pengenalan Tentera/Kad Pengenalan Polis/Kad Pengenalan Sementara if you are 12 and above - Birth Certificate for under 12 application - Yourself (you have to come) 4. It cost you RM 5 So I think I will be going there this Monday :) Labels: Irons in the fire |
