Final class of the week

Today I have class at 8am and I woke up at 6am which is actually considered as late. Then I have another class at 10.00 am. After the class I am officially entering the weekends. Hee.
There is this one task assigned to me to keep and distribute some certificates to the owners. I have this one person who keep promising to collect his/her certificate. But every time I come to the place we agreed on the exact time, he/she always have excuses for can't make it to meet me.
This really makes me mad. For today only, he/she agreed to meet on 11am but when I called him/her, he/she said he/she can't make it. And postpone to 2.30pm. At 2.30 pm, I give him/her a message to ask the person for confirmation. Only 2 hours later my message replied with another postpone at 6pm and I refused to meet at 6pm. It is almost dusk by the way.
I really hope next time this person will collaborate nicely with me and others who still haven't claim their certificate will not keep postponing like this. The person I mentioned above has postponed since last semester! Sigh
