Assalamualaikum :)

Mood: Pictures! Weekends are great when they are started with morning jog followed by iced Milo and roti canai. My mom says that, if you want to loose weight, exercise more and eat less. If you want to maintain your weight, exercise and eat at the same rate. For me, if I want to gain weight in healthy way, exercise less and eat more. But it doesn't mean that I don't have to jog okay! Come join us now :)
