My First Day of Semester

25th March 2013

I woke up early in the morning. I attended my first class at 8.30 am which is the Effective Communication Skills tutorial. In fact, that was the one and only class that I have for that day. In the afternoon, I went back home and continued sleeping as I thought I am lack of sleep since I stayed up on Saturday night.

When I woke up from my long sleep, it was 5.00 pm. I rushed because again, I was in charge taking care of the students shower and sleep. That night was the last night of the camp and most of them didn't want to sleep as they wanted to spend their time with their friends before leaving tomorrow.

However, the rules must be followed. They have to sleep on time.

26th March 2013

I slept at 2.00 am and woke up at 4.00 am. The students were setting alarm clock on their phone but the didn't want to wake up and dismiss the alarm. I have to wake them up and ask them to dismiss the alarm cause it disturbed others.

I was finally smiling because I thought I could sleep back but then the alarm of the male students at the other side's continued disturbing me. No one wake the students up and the alarm began to sound louder. I could finally sleep at 5 and woke up very late.

I took my bath and went back home because I want to continue my sleep. What a lazy girl I am! I woke up at 10 and get ready for my Accounting lecture. After the lecture, I went for the Accounting tutorial. The tutorial ended at 2.30 pm and I went back home.

That night my friend and I started to cook and doing revision. We cooked because I think the living cost in Miri is quiet high and we did some revisions because we realised from our mistakes last semester. I hope we are doing it right. In shaa Allah.

Hello. My name is Khaizureen but my mother once wrote my name as Dzureen when I was kindergarten, which is actually the combination of Darwis and Khaizureen, where Darwis is my father's name. When I grew up, I wrote my name as Dzureen Darwis in social network or DD in short but nowadays I am writing my real name in social network.

This blog is actually inspired by my mother who is so excited to know that her daughter is going to further her study in Miri, Sarawak and thought that it is a good idea for me to keep a journal. However, I am still writing in mess now, no regular journal or whatever so just random entries updated in this blog once in a while.
